Spacious, bright and comfortable room, composed of a bed, a wardrobe, a mirror, a drawers, a desk and chair. The room is situated in an apartment at the second floor with 4 single bedrooms, two bathrooms from which one with a shower, a totally equipped kitchen, with a balcony. The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave. Extras: Registration of the rental contract (if you stay more than one month): it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively 50 each. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is 15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment. Periodic sanitization: periodically the common areas and on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with ozone technology. This treatment cleans, disinfects and deodorizes the environment, eliminates the microorganisms, bacteria, mold and viruses, and restores an unpolluted environment.
