The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for yourself or guests. The bedroom boasts a 4-door closet, two chests of drawers, and a writing desk. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a combined tub and shower. Parquet flooring adds a touch of warmth and elegance throughout the apartment. Internet access is available via a mobile router upon request. Included in the rental price are bed linen and towels, final cleaning, average gas, water, heating, and electricity consumption, a welcome service, emergency maintenance, and administrative charges (excluding tourist tax). The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning.
