1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

The apartment is at ground floor and it's located at 10 minutes walk by Piazza Vittorio, the historical center and Palazzo Nuovo University. Supermarkets, bus stops, bars, parks and an open air market everyday are all at less than 50 mt. by the doorstep. The neighborood is very quiet, almost no car passing during the night. You have rights to use all the apartment, kitchen included. All bills are included. The bathroom is shared. I don't live in the apartment. The room has a double bed and it's possible to add a single bed. You can enter at any day of the month. There is no money to give in advance.
