Single-room apartment situated at the second floor, it has a private bathroom, a kitchenette, WiFi. The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. Extras: Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively 50 each. At the booking: one month that is the deposit. This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract) At the arrival: one month rent 790/month that include utilities, Wi-Fi, condo fees ect. + admin fee 300 once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...) Then, every month, you will have the rent pay. Ideal choice for students wishing to live in the city center.
