Studio flat for rent

Moreover in 10/15 minutes walk you can get to the campus Milano politecnico. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars and a convenient supermarket just down the building. For long rents I may reserve the right to send my cleaning lady once a month (at no additional costs for the guest) to make a more accurate cleaning. KEEP IN MIND: All bills are included, provided that the guest will make a "normal" usage of resources. In particular during winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time. Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws.
