HOUSE RULES We want your stay to be fantastic and encourage you to treat this property as a home away from home. However, we kindly ask guests to observe a few points before arrival and during their stay: - Dispose of waste appropriately. - Keep the property clean and tidy. - While appreciated, washing dishes and stripping beds at checkout is not required. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please be considerate of the building's neighbors. - Ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving. - Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred from lost keys or locksmith services. - For the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in form and provide a valid ID. - Guests must follow local waste sorting and recycling rules. Instructions are provided in the property. - Communal (centralized) heating operates on a schedule set by Italian law and cannot be adjusted. The heating schedule is: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. - The maximum temperature allowed by Italian law for residential heating is 19°C. - Do not use multiple appliances simultaneously to avoid power outages. In such a case, guests must reset the fuse box. Please note: - The only expense not included in the monthly rent is the city tax, which must be settled during the check-in process. - Please, consider the accommodation surface area shown in the listing is not accurate and it is just an indication of the size of the apartment.
