The rooms are very bright with LARGE WINDOWS, a walk-in closet, fiber WiFi, heating, washing machine, TV. CONCIERGE SERVICE, RECEPTION, SURVEILLANCE WITH CAMERAS. The rooms have a queen-size bed with storage, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, swivel chair, and LED lights. EACH ROOM HAS A PERSONALIZED SECURITY KEY. ####### RENTAL CONDITIONS: ####### - MONTHLY RENT: 620 euro - TOTAL FEE FOR ALL UTILITIES (electricity, hot and cold water, condominium expenses, check-in and check-out cleaning, elevators, waste tax, heating, ordinary maintenance, and wifi, EVERYTHING INCLUDED, is 620 euro (one-time and non-refundable) that you will pay directly to them after booking. - SECURITY DEPOSIT: (equal to one month's rent) which will be returned at the end of the lease. A new pillow, mattress cover, and duvet are provided. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be requested as an optional service.
