The apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Florence, within walking distance of the city's main places of interest, including Parco delle Cascine. There is a parking inside the apartment complex protected by an automatic barrier. Utilities are calculated on a pay-as-you-go basis. Included in the rent are the "spese condominiali".
