RENTAL RATES - For bookings of less than 30 days, the daily rent for one person is 60, with a minimum stay of 5 days. - An additional charge of 10 per day applies for a second person. TRANSPORTATION - The nearest metro station is "Libia," located 15 minutes or 1 km away from the apartment. - Nomentana Station, which connects to the airport, is also at the same distance. - Alternatively, bus 92 offers direct access from Termini Station to the apartment. PROCEDURES - Before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID. - An advance payment of 75 per month covers electricity expenses, with an allowance of up to 150 kWh per month. - Any excess energy consumption will be charged at 0.50 per additional kWh. - If you require a registered rental contract, please request it before booking, as it will incur a 10% increase in rent.
