2-bedroom apartment in the center of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bright living room with
a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs. The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. It does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 150 meters from the apartment. - Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 90 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month - Final cleaning 180 - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 180 euros. The actual cost will be calculated at the end of the stay.
