KINDLY CHECK CAREFULLY COST DETAILS BEFORE ASKING, total monthly price per person is 620e including water, gas, electricity, air condition, heating & maintenance, garbage tax, condominium and insurance (mandatory). Wifi (up to 100 Mb/s) 15e (only if requested). One time cost 133 euro for contract and police registration. Security deposit 1000 euro which can be paid beforehand or at check in date (in this case then cash). In a classic and stylish apartment, shared with international and dynamic flatmates, the excellent location will let you live the authentic experience of Florence. The area where the apartment is located is considered the coolest of Florence historical centre, as lonely planet mentioned one of the coolest in the world (don't believe? Google it!) 15 minutes walk from central train station and main Cathedral (Duomo), 2 min from bus stop. Surrounded by reinessance, culture, hystory, fine food, wine and art. Don't go around too much, you may fall in love! Nightlife is exactly here! Most bars and authentic restaurants are located around this accomodation, yet in a very quite and silent street, both in the night as well as during the day. Few steps from the house there are also several mini markets, one post office, banks and supermarket, besides the best cafe in town and one of the best backeries of Florence. Windows don't look out the street which means you won't be bothered and woken up continuously by motorbikes or people screaming as it happens in most apartments in this area. Also very important, all windows have mosquitos net! You many not pay attention to this detail when chosing an accomodation, but unfortunately in florence it may spoil your experience because there are really a lot being by the river :) Fully equipped kitchen, micro-wave, dish washer, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and dryier. Safety first! This aparment is equipped with fire extinguisher, smoke detector, gas detector and monoxid detector. In addition a private walled up Safe where to store safely documents and valuable stuff. No other accomodation in town has all that ;) Check-in time is from 10.30am till 2.30pm, check-out time from 7.30am till 10.30 am. In case of early or late check-in /check-out 30euro fee applies. P.S. Since the common area are shared you are kindly requested to introduce yourself, provide information about your habits, how you are supposed to use the accomodation (i.e. stay most time out or stay a lot home, spend many hours studying /working during the night, cook a lot or just grab snacks home, etc.)Details
