ATTENTION, READ CAREFULLY! 1 The ADMINISTRATION FEE requested in the listing is different from the "tenant protection fee" asked by HousingAnywhere. The administration fee must be paid at check-in IN CASH. 2 The DEPOSIT is mandatory and must be paid at check-in IN CASH . 3 The OTHER required cost is the last month of the stay, which also has to be paid at check-in IN CASH.
