Area well served by public transport, close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs. Ideal choice for students wishing to live in the city center. - 2 large double room - 3 bathrooms with a shower or bathtub - 1 living / dining area - kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and 2 fridges - 2 double rooms - 2 Single rooms The apartment has all the comforts: - oven - microwave - fridge - washing machine - LED TV - Wi-Fi Internet - Heating - Air conditioning The bills for water, electricity, gas, taxes, a periodic cleaning are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this is respected; a cleaning lady will come periodically to clean all the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs, garden). The cost is 15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty.
