This modern studio in Villaverde, Madrid, offers a cozy and well-connected stay just 20 minutes from the city center. The open-plan space includes a double bed, a sofa bed for an extra guest, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, the apartment provides essentials such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a portable radiator for heating (recommended not to exceed 22oC). Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it's just a 5-minute walk from metro and train stations, ensuring easy access to Madrid's main attractions. Please note, as it's on the first floor with street access, some noise may be heard. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes). In case of non-compliance, we will cancel the reservation with possible penalties.
