O edifício original do século XIII foi alvo de várias intervenções ao longo dos séculos, devido às exigências de preservação arquitetónica necessárias para cumprir as funções de lagar de vinho e armazenamento de pipas de vinho, que ainda hoje podem ser admirados. Colunas de ferro foram instaladas na adega, suportando vigas de madeira correspondentes ao pavimento do primeiro piso, o celeiro original da quinta.

Located between Nazaré and São Martinho do Porto, this property, dating back to the 13th century, has been in the same family since the 19th century.
Classified as a national public interest site since 2005, this property may be the only example in Portugal of Cistercian medieval farms, considered the best-preserved in the Iberian Peninsula.
The main house, on the ground floor, consists of eight bedrooms where ceilings, walls, and fireplaces are richly decorated with wood and stucco, as well as the entrance hall, library, and living room. The furniture mainly dates from the 19th century and is well-preserved. The upper floor is characterized by a longitudinal corridor that distributes to nine bedrooms. At the top of the house, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and an office. There is also the second upper floor, an attic, the width of the house, which leads to a en-suite bedroom with a privileged view of the two main gardens of the property.
The original 13th-century building has undergone several interventions over the centuries, due to architectural preservation requirements necessary to fulfill the functions of a wine press and wine barrel storage, which can still be seen today. Iron columns were installed in the cellar, supporting wooden beams corresponding to the floor of the first floor, the original barn of the Estate.
The cellar is a 1000sqm space with capacity for approximately 150 seated people, equipped with male and female sanitary facilities and a large bar. This room is ideal for hosting events, especially thematic and historical ones, wine tastings, and other activities.
In the area of the former stables, six 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom duplex apartments with spacious areas were built, ideal for families. Each apartment has a double bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and is equipped with central heating. All apartments have a terrace overlooking the cultivated fields.

Secular property classified in 2005 as 'Property of National Public Interest'. With Cistercian characteristics, is the only Portuguese farmhouse from the medieval period; it is the best preserved in the Iberian Peninsula. Inserted in a bucolic landscape, in the meadow between Alcobaça and Nazaré, has the Pinhal de Leiria as a natural barrier the and the sea in the horizon.
The buildings of this farm are divided in 4: the main house, the wine cellar, the barn and finally the flats inserted in the old stable, in a total area of almost 6.4 hectares.
The main house, in its rectangular configuration and with an entrance in the middle of the building, is composed of a ground floor with eight en suite bedrooms, a library, a living room and a dining room. These three halls display rich architecture, with high ceilings and works in wood and stucco, with 19th century furniture, making the atmosphere cosy and familiar. On the second floor, there are eight more suites, an office room, a dining room, a living room and a large kitchen fully equipped.
In front of the main house, there is a square lawn surrounded by the annex buildings: the winery and the barn are currently prepared to host the most diverse events, with kitchen, sanitary facilities and large rooms. These buildings are originally from the 12th century, with several alterations over the years, namely with the insertion of 18th century iron columns from the Alcobaça Monastery.
The last building area is the one with the independent flats, equipped with kitchenette and with balconies overlooking the green landscape of the meadow, next to the river Alcobaça. There are in total six one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flat.
Until the 20th century, the property privileged its exterior space for agricultural purposes, and nowadays it has taken advantage of this space and gardens for events and rural tourism, having a local accommodation license.
