Almar's project is signed by Saraiva + Associados, a Portuguese architecture and design firm responsible for large-scale projects around the world, recognized with several international awards. Its multidisciplinary approach with an emphasis on innovation and sustainability is present in the construction of Almar, making it a versatile and conscious development. Three phases of construction, the same spirit. Almar will be built over three phases, which come together in an architectural unit of distinct valences, suitable for all lifestyles. The identity is the result of the combination of the three elements that also exist on their own, each representing the different phases of the project.
