Room: This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room has a window facing the front side of the building which can make it noisier at times but makes up for it with plenty of exposer to natural light. Additionally, this bedroom is an ensuite, offering the luxury of a private bathroom for your exclusive use. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
