Seaside Studio for Quiet Living Monthly Stay in Lavra (Porto) A few steps from the ocean, hidden in a quiet corner of Lavra, there’s a small studio made for breathing space. This is a place for those in between chapters, for remote workers, writers, creatives, or anyone needing a slower, steadier rhythm close to the sea. The studio is simple, independent, and grounded. It has its own private entrance, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and two single beds. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Outside, a shared garden opens up like a quiet refuge. A place to work under the sky, read in stillness, or have slow meals with the sound of birds instead of traffic. Life here moves differently. Mornings smell like salt air. Evenings arrive softly. Details: • Monthly rental only (minimum 30 days) • Best suited for 1 person or a calm couple • Independent access through the garden If you’re looking for silence, privacy, and a space to land for a while, this might be it. Send a message and share a bit about yourself and your plans. This space is a good match for the right person.
