A top of a 3-story building, this petit apartment is filled with colourful details and sunlight, which you can fully enjoy at the spacious balcony overlooking the streets of Bonfim. The kitchenette is equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The sleeping area has a closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer. Just nearby, our guests will find an Italian Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a Supermarket, and our main office, open Mon to Fri from 09 AM to 06 PM, about 5 minutes away from the apartment. Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and Campanhã’s Train Station). Parking on the street of the building is paid. The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.
