This amazing 150m2 apartment is ideally situated near many of the city's top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The bright and inviting living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and airy atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to take in the sea view and enjoy the fresh air. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. There are three homely bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, and soft, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The three bathrooms come stocked with everything you need to refresh, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Located on the 4th floor, the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. As a guest, you'll also have access to fantastic amenities including a gym, a shared swimming pool, and a peaceful lake area. Please note that this property features a private elevator to the beach, available for guest use. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, the Gym and shared swimming pool. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
