suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds plus two single beds) and 1 common bathroom and on the ground floor a living and dining room, a kitchen and 1 bathroom. Guests can enjoy the garden and a space to dine outside with barbecue and barbecues, outdoor shower, 2 parking spaces. This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. This villa, despite having a closed garage, is not available for guest use. Parking spaces are uncovered in the garden of the villa. Equipment The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for meals. This villa provides towels and bed linen. Tuition + expenses (water + electricity). Cleaning fee (mandatory) - 250 per stay Sleeps 8 Adults Security deposit We request the payment of 800 security deposit, this amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before Check-In and will be returned by the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to guests. At Check-In you will be asked and it will be essential to deliver proof of transfer of the security deposit.
