Bonjardim City Flats - Relaxing Terrace offers a very comfortable mezzanine room and balcony overlooking the city, offering all the comfort elements for a holiday stay, to study or visit the city of Porto for professional reasons. It is located in a building from the beginning of the 20th century, recently rehabilitated, and in an excellent location to discover the city of Porto, as within 5 minutes walking you can find two metro stations and easy parking. Bonjardim City Flats - Relaxing Terrace apartment has a balcony with lots of space and is fully equipped with towels, sheets, blankets, amenities, complete kitchen utensils, cable TV and internet. All this with a very careful decoration, which will provide you with a superior level of comfort in the heart of Porto. At any time of the day, you can sit comfortably enjoying the silence and admire the view over the city of Porto, from the apartment's balcony. The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.
