Just 6 minutes from the center of Pinhel, this rural house is set on a property of over 1 hectare, surrounded by nature, privacy and complete tranquility. The main highlight is the land: plenty of space for vegetable gardens, numerous fruit trees, open areas for cultivation and a close connection with nature — ideal for anyone dreaming of a simpler lifestyle in the countryside. The property has two water tanks, several outbuildings/storage areas, and its own water supply from a well and spring, with electric pump systems for distribution. Car access inside the property is possible, but we recommend using the public parking area located about 300 meters away; the walk from the parking area to the house takes approximately 9 minutes on foot. On the first floor, the house features an open-plan kitchen and living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The ground floor, currently used for storage, can be reorganized to function as a home office. There is mobile phone coverage, allowing the use of mobile internet. For cooking, there is an electric stove and a fireplace, as well as a traditional annex designed for wood-fire cooking. The house has thick walls and double-glazed windows, providing good thermal comfort. The views are wide and beautiful, including the illuminated Pinhel castle at night and the typical landscapes of the Beira Interior. Water comes from the spring, and only electricity is paid. Upon moving in, one month’s rent is requested, along with a security deposit equivalent to two months.
