Located on the ground floor of a tourism-only building, the primary feature of this back end apartment is its cozy private terrace, where guests can sit back and relax. The apartment accommodates 2, has a double bed, a dining area, a washing machine and a small living room area with sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The storage area has an iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer. Just nearby, our guests will find an Italian Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a Supermarket, and our main office, open Mon to Fri from 09 AM to 06 PM, less than 5 minutes away from the apartment. Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and Campanhã’s Train Station). Parking on the street of the building is paid. The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.
