The "Casas Brancas" development is located on a rectangular geometric plot of land, with about 3,322 m2. From the implementation, a better optimization and use of the morphology of the land was sought, with the aim of improving not only the use of this space but also creating new and correct street fronts with an adequate scale. For this to happen, it was decided to maintain the morphology of the land in the areas that flank the built bodies, implanted at predominant level levels, thus leaving the rest of the land as natural as possible. The intervention in staggered objects develops along the axis of the land in a north-south direction, thus allowing a better dilution of the construction. In this way, the development consists of six volumes inserted in three levels, forming a total of 11 houses.
