The washing machine add autonomy to longer stays, while the air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year. Located near the Piscinas da Constituição, in a lively and very local residential area, this apartment offers a different experience of Porto, less touristy and more authentic. Go out in the morning to discover the city and return at the end of the day with time to have a coffee next to your house, chat with neighbours or enjoy a francesinha in a traditional restaurant. It is an apartment for those who value balance. The water and power bills are included in the month ́s rent, up to 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service. There will be a contract, signed by both parts, with the details of the stay.
