It further acknowledges that the area was previously underdimensioned, indicating that the construction ratio, currently set at 0.67, will be revised upwards, thereby increasing the potential gross construction area. The plots are located along the strategic Via Longitudinal Sul corridor, next to the A5 motorway, in the immediate surroundings of Lagoas Park, Oeiras Parque, the Science and Technology Park, and the new Central Park Oeiras development in Caxias. This is an asset with urban planning parameters established under the applicable planning framework, with Terms of Reference already approved and published in the Portuguese Official Gazette (Diário da República).
