The bills are included up to 25 euros per person (per month). Cleaning fee of 35 euros per person (per month) Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
