Upon entering the apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, tea kettle, and a dining table, perfect for enjoying your meals in comfort. The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Quality towels and bed linen are also provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi throughout, allowing you to stay connected whether for leisure or work. In addition, air conditioning ensures a pleasant environment all year round. Located in a building with an elevator, the apartment offers easy access and privacy throughout your stay. To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Important information: A tourist tax of €21 per person is charged and must be paid at check-in. Our apartments do not have a physical reception. All communication is carried out online or by phone, and check-in is self-service via mobile phone. The apartments do not have a washing machine. However, there is a self-service laundry facility in the building, available at an additional cost. One monthly cleaning service is included in the rental price. Should you require additional cleaning services, these are available from €25 per service. If necessary, we can also provide an extra set of bed linen and towels so that guests can change and wash them themselves. Parking is available at an additional cost. Guests will receive an access card and, on the first use, should use it to enter the car park and then go to the payment machine to pay the monthly parking fee. There is a café/restaurant in the building, open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and until 4:00 PM on Sundays.
