No check-ins on weekends or public holidays. - If the rental is for two people, there is an extra cost of 100 euros on top of the rent you see in the listing. -There is a cleaning fee of 30 euros to be paid at checkout, which will be deducted from the deposit. -Admin fee (for contracts starting between January and July): €150 -Admin fee (for contracts starting between August and December): €375 A valid identification document is required to complete the lease agreement. - Your check-in will only be authorised 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account and the contract has been signed. - Overnight guests may incur a fee - please check this with the landlord.
