The avenue is well-connected by public transport: the Lisbon Metro’s Green Line has a station on the avenue, Arroios Station, giving easy access to the rest of the city. ???? REQUIREMENTS - Security deposit (paid during the contract signature process). - Admin fee (paid per person during the contract signature process). - The last month's rent must be paid in advance with contract signature. - All security deposits, the last month's rent, and administrative fees must be paid directly to the landlord. - Bills included up to a maximum of 25€/month. - Cleaning fee of 35€/month (weekly cleaning). - An additional tenant is possible at 100€/month. ????
