Room: This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp, and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room has one window facing the front side of the building which can make it noisier at times but makes up for it with plenty of exposer to natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. The Cleaning Fee covers the cleaning of the room before check-in and after check-out.
