The apartment has 6 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms (1 shared and 2 en-suite), offering comfort and convenience in the common areas.This apartment has not included for each room a set of bed linens and a pilow. The bills are included up to 25 euros per person (per month). Cleaning fee of 35 euros per person (per month) Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, cleaning fee and Administration fee. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on weekends or public holidays. - If the rental is for two people, there is an extra cost of 100 euros on top of the rent you see in the listing. -There is a cleaning fee of 30 euros to be paid at checkout, which will be deducted from the deposit. -Admin fee (for contracts starting between January and July): €150 -Admin fee (for contracts starting between August and December): €375 Cleaning frequency is based on the apartment’s occupancy. At full occupancy, cleaning is provided once a week, with the frequency decreasing proportionally as occupancy decreases. A valid identification document is required to complete the lease agreement. - Your check-in will only be authorised 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account and the contract has been signed. - Overnight guests may incur a fee - please check this with the landlord.
