apartment: This space offers two shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. You will have access to a washing machine, a dishwasher and two large shared fridges. ???? About the area: Avenidas Novas is a vibrant, modern district in Lisbon known for its wide boulevards, elegant architecture, and a mix of residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. The area is well-served by public transportation, including metro lines (such as the Blue Line with stops like São Sebastião and Parque), buses, and proximity to major thoroughfares for easy access throughout the city. ???? REQUIREMENTS - Security deposit (paid during the contract signature process). - Admin fee (paid per person during the contract signature process). - The last month's rent must be paid in advance with contract signature. - All security deposits, the last month's rent, and administrative fees must be paid directly to the landlord. - Bills included up to a maximum of 25€/month. - Cleaning fee of 35€/month (weekly cleaning). - An additional tenant is possible at 100€/month. ???? Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the property. ????
