Make yourself at home in this bright and beautifully furnished Loft in Vila Nova de Gaia, just minutes from Porto. This is my home, available for a limited period while I am travelling, and I am looking for a responsible professional, couple or remote worker who would like to enjoy it as their home in Porto for a few weeks. This Loft has an incredible terrace where you can watch the sunrise or the stars! The building itself is set in a nice private park, which you can enjoy for open-air exercise. It is 7 mins from the subway, and the supermarket is just around the corner. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, with a dedicated workspace. Porto's most famous sunset spot (Jardim do Morro) is a short metro trip away (so are Ribeira, Port wine and the old town!). Gaia Beaches and walking trails are a 10mins Uber ride away. The home • Spacious 102 m2 duplex with one large private bedroom available (the second bedroom will remain locked for the owner's personal belongings) • Private 22 m2 terrace • Fast and reliable 500/100 Mbps Wi-Fi, with a dedicated workspace — ideal for video calls and remote work • Comfortable living and dining area • Fully equipped kitchen • 2 fully equipped bathrooms (one with a bathtub) • Dedicated space suitable for working from home • High-speed Wi-Fi • Washing machine and all everyday essentials • Heating and air conditioning • Private parking in front of the building • Quiet residential area Rent The rent includes electricity, water, gas/heating, internet and condominium costs. Minimum stay: 30 days Preference will be given to stays of approximately 40–45 days. House rules This is a private home, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it (and water my plants). No parties or events. No smoking inside the apartment. Sadly, I am allergic, so no pets are allowed. A rental agreement will be provided.
