The property includes 2 shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared living room, providing a practical and welcoming space. Within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a wide range of services, as well as excellent public transport connections, including metro and bus lines. The area is also close to several universities and key points of interest, making it an excellent option for students and young professionals looking for a lively and well-connected place to live. The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). This room doesn't have a window. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged.
