This apartment from "Oporto Cheers Gaia" Flats has 45 square meters with a mezzanine-style internal staircase to a spacious bedroom with 20 square meters, a King Size bed, bedside tables, desk, wardrobe, chair, and wardrobe, high mirror, followed by a living room with a sofa bed where you can rest and relax, in front of a cable TV, and also where you can sleep two lightweight people. Inside there's a table and chairs, a kitchenette with all cooking facilities as well as an air extractor, cloths and detergents, and 3 south-facing windows. Following there is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available here. There is Heating during winter and ventilation during the summertime. Access to the apartment is via a staircase (2nd floor, but only 19 steps to it). Guests can access, with full autonomy, all parts of the apartment space. The gardens are shared with the other two apartments in the same building (which we also rent to tourists); these are located on the third floor (50 steps in total from the front building entrance, though it is a 31-step climb from this apartment). Below the accommodation, there's a (very good) small pizzeria that can be a useful resource for when you don't feel like cooking during your vacation, so you can eat there or take the food to the apartment. At 80 meters, you will find a typical Portuguese food restaurant we fully recommend. Further down, 500 meters from the building, there is a supermarket "Pingo Doce" that sells all the food and drinks as well as any other material you need in your daily life for your comfort and hygiene. Parking for cars on the street is paid, but it's free on perpendicular and side streets (at a distance of 80 meters).
