Welcome to your winter getaway in the sun! This is a semi-detached house, with a nice terrace. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (en suite), another for a child (small bed) and a third, on the ground floor, with 2 single beds (stacked that can be placed side by side or in the living room). There are also 3 bathrooms. Upon request, we can arrange a travel cot and baby chair (free of charge). Some children's toys and books can be available. There are 2 well equipped separate office space and fast and reliable fiber internet. There is also a TV box (with netflix and other apps) A few minutes from the beach, it is a quiet condominium where local families live. It has one parking space, a patio and a shared pool. It’s walking distance to a few restaurants, cafes and a market in the village of Espiche. There are bus stops just across the street and uber/bolt are also an affordable option to get around. It’s a very quiet area, 10 min from Lagos, 5 min from Praia da Luz and 10 from Burgau beach.
