Within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shopping centers, and everyday amenities. The area is very well served by public transport, including metro and bus lines. It is also close to several universities and educational institutions, such as Instituto Superior Técnico, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and Universidade de Lisboa, making it an excellent option for students and young professionals looking for a convenient and well-connected place to live. The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged.
