This is a garden level apartment in a beautiful house built in 1902. The apartment is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Bonfim, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of downtown but with everything you need just steps outside your door. A block away from the Campo 24 de Agosto metro station, there are lots of cafes, restaurants, groceries and shops nearby, and a laundromat just around the corner. The apartment is a spacious studio with a large semi-private garden and patio area, a separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and full bathroom. There is an air conditioning unit that functions as a heater as well. Please note that access to the studio is through garden.
