Furnished Single Room near Avenida da Liberdade A furnished single room for one resident in a shared five-bedroom apartment on the first floor of Liberdade 73, a short walk from Avenida da Liberdade. The bedroom measures 12.00 m2 and includes a single bed, a freestanding wardrobe rather than a built-in wardrobe, desk, one table lamp and air conditioning with heating and cooling. The bathroom is shared with other residents; there is no private bathroom for this room. The apartment accommodates a maximum of eight residents across five bedrooms. Shared facilities include Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared washing machine for residents’ own use (not a laundry service) and an outdoor terrace for all residents. The kitchen has an oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine, a heat pump for domestic hot water, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The shared utility area has two tables and six chairs for communal use. The building has a lift. Access to both the building entrance and the apartment is by access code. The apartment has an electronic smart lock. Available for stays of 1 to 12 months. Water, electricity and internet are included in the rent. No security deposit is required. BED LINEN, TOWELS AND LAUNDRY An initial set of bed linen, a duvet, pillows and towels is provided on arrival. No linen or towel changes and no laundry service are provided during the stay. The shared washing machine is available for residents to use themselves; residents are responsible for washing their own laundry. A self-service laundromat is also located less than a five-minute walk away. CLEANING Cleaning of the common areas and shared bathrooms is included twice a week. Cleaning inside bedrooms and the private bathrooms belonging to the Suite and Executive rooms is not included. Residents are responsible for cleaning these private spaces during their stay. Optional additional bedroom or private bathroom cleaning can be arranged directly with the cleaning team at a separately agreed price. RENTAL AGREEMENT This is a medium- to long-term residential rental. A rental agreement is required, at no additional cost, and is subsequently registered with the Portuguese Tax Authority. This room uses a shared bathroom. Cleaning of that shared bathroom is included twice a week; cleaning inside the bedroom is not included.
