Apartment Features This 6-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped shared kitchen and one shared bathroom, providing a practical living setup for students and young professionals. ????️ Room Features The private room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk for work or study, and a closet for storage, with window facing the building's lobby. ???? Neighborhood & Transport Situated on Rua Santa Marta, the apartment is within walking distance of Avenida da Liberdade, local cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Excellent public transport links, including nearby Avenida and Marquês de Pombal metro stations, ensure easy access to universities across Lisbon. ???? Please Note The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. ✅ At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. ✅ Check-ins are charged starting at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and are also charged all day on holidays and weekends. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged. Declarations of residence for VISA purposes requested before check-in will only be issued upon payment of the amount of last month's rent.
