This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, cleaning fee and Administration fee. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on weekends or public holidays. - If the rental is for two people, there is an extra cost of 100 euros on top of the rent you see in the listing. -There is a cleaning fee of 30 euros to be paid at checkout, which will be deducted from the deposit. -Admin fee (for contracts starting between January and July): €150 -Admin fee (for contracts starting between August and December): €375 Cleaning frequency is based on the apartment’s occupancy. At full occupancy, cleaning is provided once a week, with the frequency decreasing proportionally as occupancy decreases.
