Located in Benfica and near the Alto dos Moinhos metro station, your new accommodation will provide a simple yet cozy vibe where you can dedicate yourself to your studies. Living here also means you won't be far from the Higher School of Social Communication and the Higher School of Education of Lisbon, a great advantage. Furthermore, nearby you'll find shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. In other words, everything you need will be within easy reach! The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a shared bathroom. Bedroom in flat in Rua do Montepio geral lisbon. The house consists of 3 bedroom/s and 1 bathroom/s. Cleaning service included once per week in common areas. *Bills are included up to €20,00 per person per month. **This is the price for one person. If the room is rented for 2 people, €90,00 should be added to the monthly rental price. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. ✅ At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. ✅ Check-ins are charged starting at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and are also charged all day on holidays and weekends. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged. Declarations of residence for VISA purposes requested before check-in will only be issued upon payment of the amount of last month's rent.
