Spacious and bright double room in a shared apartment located on Rua Miguel Lupi, Lapa. Ideal for students, interns, or professionals. You’ll share the apartment with 5 other tenants in a 6-bedroom flat, and have access to two shared bathrooms, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and communal living space. Next to the flat, you will find supermarkets like Pingo Doce or Minipreço Express. You can enjoy the great weather at Jardim da Estrela which is one of Lisbon’s most beautiful parks! The TimeOut Market and the famous Bairro Alto neighborhood are also within walking distance. If you are going to NOVA SBE, ISEG or IST, it’s the perfect flat for you! Please note: bills are included up to a limit of 20€ per person/month and cleaning once a week. Extra tenant: +90€/month We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. ✅ At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. ✅ Check-ins are charged starting at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and are also charged all day on holidays and weekends. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged. Declarations of residence for VISA purposes requested before check-in will only be issued upon payment of the amount of last month's rent.
