This place is located in Arroios, close to the Anjos and the Arroios metro station, and placed in an area filled with several traditional commerce hotspots. A recently renovated flat on the fifth-floor with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. The building has an old-school elevator to spare you the daily climb up long staircases. The apartment inside is simple, tasteful, modern and clean. The kitchen is large and fully-equipped oven, stove, three fridges, dishwasher, and laundry machine. All rooms have a wardrobe, bed, bookshelf, mirror, desk and chair. Please note that visitors may be allowed upon the landlord's approval. Single room in flat in Rua José Estevão lisbon. The house consists of 7 bedroom/s and 2 shared bathroom/s. *Bills are included up to €20,00 per person per month. **This is the price for one person. If the room is rented for 2 people, €90,00 should be added to the monthly rental price. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. ✅ At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. ✅ Check-ins are charged starting at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and are also charged all day on holidays and weekends. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged. Declarations of residence for VISA purposes requested before check-in will only be issued upon payment of the amount of last month's rent.
