On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living area with several sofas, a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience, and a dining area furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a co-working space available, equipped with desks and chairs, providing an ideal environment for studying or working remotely. The building is served by two elevators. Please note, however, that a few steps must be climbed in order to access the elevators. Room: This charming room on the second floor is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, and a lamp. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp, and a mirror. In this room, you will find two comfortable single beds measuring 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful and comfortable night's sleep for each guest. Others: -This room can accommodate 2 people. If the room is booked by two people together, the monthly rent will be 100€ higher than the advertised price. - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - An Administrative Fee of 40€ and a Cleaning Fee of 60€ will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the contract.
