Room: This small but cozy room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You’ll also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a shared balcony that provides plenty of natural light. This room faces the back of the building that is quieter than the rest however, it faces some Paddle arenas that can produce some noise at times. As a disclaimer, we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements.
