€1,200 /monthly

Hi! ???? I’m a student and will be spending quite a bit of time outside Vienna next semester for an internship, so I’m looking for someone to rent my apartment long-term. The apartment is simply furnished and not perfect, but it has everything you need for everyday living. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location, right in the heart of Vienna, directly next to the famous Naschmarkt, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transport just around the corner. If you’re looking for a practical, centrally located home and value location over luxury, this could be a great fit for you! ???? I’m looking for someone who will appreciate the apartment and treat it with care. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or would like to know more!
