Furnished apartment of 98 m², located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, in a quiet residential area between Penha de França and Arroios. The apartment retains several features of traditional Lisbon charm, including high ceilings, ceiling mouldings, wooden floors and original doors, combined with a very functional layout.

It comprises a bright living room, two bedrooms, an office and an additional room currently used as a walk-in closet, offering plenty of flexibility for working from home, storage or general organisation. There is also a pantry and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with an Indesit washer-dryer, Jocel oven and gas hob, Teka extractor hood, Samsung fridge and Vulcano water heater.
The apartment is rented with simple, essential furniture, without too many pieces, leaving future tenants free to personalise the space and adapt it to their own needs.
